Croydon School Sport Partnerships (Croydon SSP) provide expertise across the full spectrum of physical education, school sport and physical activity within the London Borough of Croydon. We strive towards our greater vision of promoting healthy, active lifestyles and using sport and PE to support whole child development, academic attainment and achievement, ultimately leading to whole school improvement, lifelong health and wellbeing.
We are a team of passionate and committed educational and sports development specialists. Proud to be commissioned to deliver the three School Games Organiser roles in Croydon, we are also the lead organisation in South London for leadership, coaching and volunteering, as well as health and wellbeing.


The Mini London Marathon will take place on Saturday 25th April 2026 and Croydon will be entering boys and girls teams into categories of Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18s to represent their borough by running this iconic 2.6km road race. Trials Parents must register their child and the athlete must attend trials to be considered for the team selection: Saturday 28th February 2026 Registration: 12.00pm - 1.00pm U12 Race: 1.00pm (approx 2.6km - 3km) U14, U16 and U20 Race: 1.30pm (4km) Lloyd Park, Croydon (start line near the car park/tram stop) Free to enter Spikes or studded footwear is recommended Eligibility: An athlete may represent Croydon if they either: Live in Croydon Go to school in Croydon Were born in Croydon Complete this form to register your child by Friday 27 February https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc7RsMh1TQwZbjtaiKtvuxsSrO6l_gnjLZD0dScebRox3gcqA/viewform

Year 5 & 6 Bee Netball Tournament at Shirley High What a fantastic day of netball! We were buzzing to host 15 brilliant teams, all showing amazing teamwork, skill, and sportsmanship Teams battled it out in league matches before two nail-biting semi-finals, leading to an incredibly close and exciting final between South Norwood and Minster Huge congratulations to runners up @southnorwoodprimaryschool and winners The Minster A massive shout-out to @shirleyhighschool Sports Leaders for their fantastic umpiring throughout the day professional, fair, and confident and thank you for hosting! #BeeNetball #yst #schoolgames
